1 Information about us

We are the holding company of a specialist property reinsurance and insurance underwriting group and we are listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 03033609 and our registered office and main trading address is at 10th Floor, 1 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AA.
1.2 Our VAT number is 749190603. Our subsidiary company Advent Underwriting Limited is authorised and regulated by The Financial Services Authority (FSA). Advent Underwriting Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 1227004 and our registered office and main trading address is at 10th Floor, 1 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AA.
1.3 Our Site also contains details of our managed syndicate Advent Syndicate 780 and our reinsurance business Advent Re which operates in Bermuda and is regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, details of which are located at www.bma.bm. These terms also govern any information contained on our Site which relates to these areas of our business and the services they provide.
2 Service Availability
2.1 The content of our Site is intended for use in, and use by, residents of the United Kingdom and in other countries in which we operate, provided that the site is not intended for use by a user in any country where such use would be contrary to applicable laws and/or regulations.
