Philip joined Advent in April 2006 as Group Financial Controller.  He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC in October 2009.  He has extensive experience in the Lloyd's market having previously occupied financial controller positions at Amlin and AEGIS.  Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.
