Neil joined Advent in August 2005 as Investor Relations Officer.  He was appointed Company Secretary of Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC in October 2009.  He has extensive experience in the Lloyd's market and prior to joining Advent was a director and buy side analyst for an investment fund specialising in insurance.
