John joined Advent in February 2001 and was appointed to the AUL Board in August 2001, having previously been 11 years in a Senior Role (including Director of a Lloyd's Members Agency) within another Lloyd's combined Managing/Members Agency (Christopherson Heath Ltd/Equity Red Star Motor Syndicate 218). Before that John spent 12 years with The Corporation of Lloyd's culminating in senior management roles within the Regulatory Division.
