Ian has been with the Company since 2004 and joined the Board of Advent Underwriting Limited, as Compliance Director, in 2008.  He was previously Director of Enterprise Risk Management for a FTSE 100 company, working in industry, having started his career working within the London Insurance Market both as a broker and insurer. He was admitted as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1986,  Fellow in 2008 and, by qualification, admitted as a Member of the Institute of Risk Management in 1997.
