Mr Rowbotham is also a Non-Executive Director of Advent Capital Limited and Advent Group Services Limited.  He was Chairman of Charterhouse Communications PLC, an AIM listed company from 1987 to 2005, and a Director of two main listed companies being Deputy Chairman of the Adscene Group PLC between 1987 and 1994, and Chairman of Allied Radio Plc from 1994 to 1996.  Mr Rowbotham is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
