Dermot was the Chief Financial Officer of Tate & Lyle Reinsurance Limited          (Bermuda) from 1991 to 2006, before leaving to join Advent Re. Prior to this period he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers ( Bermuda) from 1989 to 1991.
