Mr Thompson is co-founder of Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC and Advent Capital Limited. He has over thirty years experience in the Lloyd’s Market. He began his career with the Corporation of Lloyd’s in 1976. From 1983 to 1994 he held senior positions and directorships of a number of Lloyd’s members agents before joining Advent Underwriting Limited in July 1994.
