Advent has three main boards within the group structure
The main boards are:-
- Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC whose board is charged with executing corporate strategy
- Advent Underwriting Limited whose board manages the Lloyd's underwriting business of Syndicate 780
- Advent Re Limited whose board runs the Bermudan reinsurance business
