Nigel Fitzgerald has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Advent Group, effective 1 November 2012.Mr Fitzgerald has over 15 years of Insurance and Reinsurance experience. He has previously fulfilled a global role with Liberty International Underwriters (Liberty Mutual) overseeing product line operations in 11 countries. He has personally been based in Sydney, Singapore, New York and Houston prior to joining Advent. He was most recently Senior Vice President at Crum & Forster, Fairfax' US based Insurance company.
